The communication was clear and Grace was always quick to respond. The wands come in all shapes and sizes, and no matter the wand you get, they don't disappoint! The wands are stunning and all have some pretty designs as well. The packaging was also a pleasant surprise too, as it was professionally packaged with care. Highly recommended getting a wand!
