Made-to-Order items take up to 6 weeks before they are ready to dispatch. Shipping time is in addition to this.

Ready-to-Ship items are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days.

If you have ordered both Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship items then they will all be dispatched together once everything is ready.

If you would prefer otherwise, then please let me know in the 'Add Order Notes' section of the cart.

Shipping is free to all orders over £75

For orders under £75 shipping is based on what it costs from Royal Mail. No profit is added on to the shipping cost. 

When purchasing a wand please double check that your postal address is correct.

If the package is lost because of this reason, it will be your responsibility to order a replacement.

If you realised you've made a mistake or need to change the shipping address then please email hello@houseofwandcraft as soon as possible.

If you're wand hasn't been dispatched then it can easily be changed.

If it's already been dispatched then unfortunately it may be too late.

After dispatch, Royal Mail aim to deliver to

Yes, very wand is sent with tracked shipping, so you are able to see its progress with the information provided.

If the item states that it is 'in transit' please be assured that it is on its way and it will get to you eventually. Your patience with this is greatly appreciated.

Please note that I am not able to see any more information than you are.

For Customers in the USA there is a 10% Import Tariff will be added to the cost of your order.

This will be added on to the cost of your order and paid by House of Wandcraft Directly to Royal Mail. This is called 'Delivery Duty Paid' 

For customers in Europe you will be charged Import VAT, also known as IOSS which will be paid at the point of sale. As House of Wandcraft is registered for IOSS this money can be passed on on your behalf, so there will be no surprise costs later on. 

For orders over €150, Customs Duty will also be applied. 

For customers in the rest of the world, orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country.

Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer.

House of Wandcraft is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged.

Please check with your local customs office to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

Your wand will come wrapped in tissue paper and additional paper packaging and shipped in a cardboard postal tube.

If you have purchased the 'Gift Wrap' option, your wand will come exquisitely gift wrapped in a bespoke satin-lined box, black paper sleeve, a luxurious satin bow, then finished with black tissue paper and wax seal.

All shipping boxes is plain and discreet, so as not to ruin the surprise of what’s inside.

If you have ordered more than one wand to the same address they will arrive in the same shipping box. Please let me know if you would prefer otherwise.

If the wands you order are gifts for different people, but for the same postal address, I will add a gift tag with their names on.

If you are not 100% happy with your wand I will give you a full refund.

The wands are made from a bio-based epoxy resin.
The bio-resin uses the latest in biochemistry owing 40% of its molecular structure to organic plant-based origins.

The wands are described as collectible items and are not intended for use as a toy.

They are fragile and If the wand is dropped there is the possibility of irreparable damage.

Keep out of direct sunlight. The heat may cause the wand to warp, and the UV rays may cause discoloration.

Avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.
